You must be 18 or over. MATCHED is built for people in Australia, and it is up to you to make sure using bookmakers and betting exchanges is legal where you are.

MATCHED teaches a method and provides tools. Nothing we provide is financial, betting, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to place any particular bet. You decide what to bet, and you are responsible for every bet you place.

Results are not guaranteed. Profit depends on the offers available, how you apply the method, mistakes, odds movements and variance. Any results we share are examples, not a promise of what you will make.

Bookmakers can and do limit, restrict or close accounts at their discretion. That is a normal part of matched betting and is outside our control. You are responsible for following each bookmaker’s terms, and for your own tax affairs.

We are not a bookmaker, we are not affiliated with any bookmaker, and we receive no payment of any kind from any bookmaker.

You access MATCHED by logging in with Discord. What you can see is set by the roles you hold in our Discord server. If you leave the server, your access to member content stops until you rejoin.

Your access and licence keys are for you alone. You may not share, sell or transfer them, or use one subscription for more than one person. We may revoke access, without refund, if a key or account is shared.

• The Blueprint is a one-off payment for access to the course.
• Mentorship has an upfront fee, which can be paid by payment plan, plus a monthly fee as listed at the time you join.
• Software is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.

You can cancel the software subscription at any time from the Software page using “Manage billing / cancel”. Cancelling stops future payments, and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. If a payment fails and is not fixed, access ends.

Prices are in Australian dollars and may change. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Our software works with third-party websites that we do not control. When a bookmaker or data provider changes their site, a tool can stop working until we update it. We fix problems as quickly as we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee any tool will be available at all times or work with every bookmaker.

Always check a bet before you place it. The software is a tool to help you, and you remain responsible for every bet, including any placed using figures it provides.

• Copy, record, resell or redistribute our courses, videos or software
• Reverse engineer, modify or try to get around the licensing in our software
• Share login access, licence keys or paid content with anyone else
• Use MATCHED to harass anyone, or to break any law

We can suspend or remove access, without refund, if these terms are broken.

The courses, videos, software, written material and branding are owned by MATCHED. Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use them, not ownership of them.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for betting losses, bookmaker account restrictions or closures, missed opportunities, or any indirect loss arising from your use of MATCHED. Where our liability can’t be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Matched betting is done inside gambling products. If betting is causing you harm, or you think it could, stop and get support. We may update these terms. If we do, the date at the top of this page changes, and continuing to use MATCHED means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia. Questions go to contact@matchedaustralia.com.
