Privacy Policy

Your Discord account. You log in to the website with Discord. We receive your Discord ID, username, avatar, email address, and the roles you hold in our Discord server. Your roles decide which content and software you can access.

Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your email, the product you bought, and the status of your subscription. We never see or store your full card details.

Software licence keys. A licence key is issued for each software subscription and stored with that subscription so the software can check it is active.

Free course and mentorship sign-ups. When you start the free course, your Discord name and email are shared with our team. Mentorship applications are made through a Google Form, and we receive whatever you enter in it.

Our Discord server. When you join, we record which invite link you used and who created it, and open a private channel for you. We keep your answers to the welcome questions, the messages in your private channel, and a transcript when it is closed. For moderation, our bot also logs server activity such as edited or deleted messages, joins, leaves and role changes.

The bet tracker. Bets you record are stored so the tracker can show your results. If you connect a Google Sheet, we are given access to read and write that sheet so the tracker can sync with it. You can revoke this at any time in your Google account settings.

Screenshots and chat. Some tools let you upload screenshots, and our help chat answers questions about the software. Screenshots and chat messages are sent to our AI provider to be processed, and the result is returned to you.

Usage. We use Vercel Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you. The website sets a login cookie so you stay signed in.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

We use the following providers to run MATCHED. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Discord for login and our community server
• Stripe for payments and subscriptions
• Vercel to host the website
• Upstash to store account, licence and tracker data
• Railway to run our Discord bot
• Bunny.net to stream course videos
• Google for the bet tracker’s Sheets connection and mentorship applications
• Anthropic to process screenshots and help chat messages

Most of these providers store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States, and our team may access it from outside Australia. By using MATCHED you consent to your information being handled this way. We do not share your information with any bookmaker, and we receive no payment from any bookmaker.

We keep your account and purchase records while you are a member, and payment records for as long as the law requires. Running copies of private Discord channel messages are deleted after 60 days, and transcripts of closed channels are kept as a record of support given. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to what we must keep by law.

Access to our systems is restricted to our team, and connections to the website are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by emailing contact@matchedaustralia.com. Leaving our Discord server or cancelling your subscription stops new information being collected. If you are not happy with how we handle a request, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

MATCHED is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we will delete it if we find out we have.
